Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Punch down the risen dough and shape it into small rounds or loaves.
Place the shaped dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack before serving.
