Rinse the wheat berries a couple of times and skim off any floating debris.
Fill the bowl with water and let it sit overnight to sprout.
In the morning, check for bubbles on top indicating the wheat is beginning to sprout.
Rinse the minimally sprouted wheat thoroughly.
Spread the wheat on a dehydrating tray up to about an inch thick.
Dehydrate at 100 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit until the wheat berries are dry.
Blend one cup of the wet sprouted wheat with 1.25 cups of warm water until you get a fairly smooth puree.
Remove the bread pan from the Breville Custom Loaf bread maker and install the paddle in the upright position.
Add the ingredients to the bread pan in this order: water sprouted grain puree, honey, olive oil, sprouted wheat flour, salt, and active dry yeast.
Put the bread pan back in the bread maker and ensure it is properly seated on the shaft.
Select the whole wheat bread setting for a 2.5-pound loaf on the bread maker.
Wait until the first knead cycle, then add the 2 cups of organic bread flour when prompted by the bread maker.
The bread maker will complete the process and beep when finished, switching to a keep warm setting.
