Rinse the wheat berries a couple of times and skim off any floating debris.

Add the ingredients to the bread pan in this order: water sprouted grain puree, honey, olive oil, sprouted wheat flour, salt, and active dry yeast.

Select the whole wheat bread setting for a 2.5-pound loaf on the bread maker.

Wait until the first knead cycle, then add the 2 cups of organic bread flour when prompted by the bread maker.
