1

In a large bowl, combine 2 teaspoons of brown swerve brown sugar substitute, 1.5 teaspoons of paprika, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of sea salt, 0.5 teaspoon of garlic powder, 0.5 teaspoon of onion powder, 0.5 teaspoon of chili powder, 0.5 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and 0.25 teaspoon of black pepper. Whisk together until combined.

2

Slice 2 large chicken breasts horizontally into halves, ensuring even thickness for cooking.

3

Add the chicken breast halves to the bowl with the cajun rub and mix to coat each piece.

4

Add 0.5 tablespoon of avocado oil to the chicken and rub it in to create a paste with the seasoning.

5

Heat an electric skillet to 375°F and add 1 tablespoon of avocado oil and 1 tablespoon of butter, stirring to combine.

6

Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet, cooking the thicker pieces for about 7 minutes on each side and the thinner pieces for about 5 minutes on each side without disturbing them.

7

After the cooking time, remove the thinner chicken pieces to a separate dish and continue cooking the thicker pieces until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.

8

Reduce the skillet temperature to between 300°F and 325°F. Add 3 tablespoons of butter and 2 teaspoons of minced garlic to the skillet, stirring for about 30 seconds to prevent burning.

9

Pour in 0.5 cup of reduced sodium chicken broth, scraping the skillet to release browned bits, and let it reduce for about 2 minutes.

10

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, stirring to coat with the sauce and warming it through.

11

Microwave a steam bag of Kirkland's organic broccoli florets for about 6 minutes as a side dish.

12

Plate the chicken with the broccoli, drizzling some sauce over the broccoli and topping it with shredded parmesan cheese.
