Repeat the layering process until all six ramkins are filled.
Place the ramkins in a pot and add water halfway up the sides of the ramkins.
Cover the pot and steam the ramkins for about 15 minutes or until the meat is cooked through.
After steaming, the creator notes that the water has created a nice sauce in the ramkins. Finish the dish with chili crisp and a sprinkle of green onion for garnish.
