Activate yeast in warm milk until frothy, about 5 minutes.
Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in activated yeast mixture and beaten eggs until dough forms.
Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
Cover dough and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
Roll out dough into a large circle and cut into triangles.
Roll each triangle from the wide end to the point to form a crescent shape.
Place rolls on a baking sheet and let rise again for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake rolls until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and brush with melted butter before serving.
