Zest and Juice of 1 lemon

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.

Place the marinated chicken thighs in a baking dish, skin side up.
