Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add 250 grams of chopped chicken to the pan and fry for 1 minute until it changes color.
Cover the pan and add spices: 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes, 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder; fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add 1 teaspoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon oregano to the chicken and mix well.
Add chopped vegetables: 1 onion and 1 bell pepper; mix for 1 minute on high flame without cooking them completely.
Boil pasta separately with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon oil; drain and set aside.
In the pasta, add 1 tablespoon pizza sauce, 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce, and 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup; mix well.
Add 1 cup grated cheese and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese to the pasta mixture and mix again.
Grease a baking dish with oil and layer the pasta mixture in it, followed by the cooked chicken on top.
Add another layer of cheese on top, including cheddar and mozzarella.
Sprinkle some sliced bell pepper and black olives on top for decoration.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes until the cheese melts and turns golden.
