Cover the buns with a cloth and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
Brush the tops with milk or beaten egg for a golden finish.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and oats if desired.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack before serving.
