Mushroom Danish Made With Oyster Mushrooms in Marsala Cream Sauce Baked in Puff Pastry

Saute a little bit of onion in a pan lightly to highlight the mushroom flavor.
Add fresh oyster mushrooms to the pan and let them cook down to evaporate liquid.
Pour in marsala cooking wine and let it cook down to reduce.
Add vegan heavy cream and mixed herbs to the pan.
Season with coarse salt and Tasmanian pepper.
Turn off the heat and stir in vegan cream cheese to combine.
Stretch out puff pastry and place it in muffin tins that have been sprayed or oiled.
Bring the corners of the puff pastry together and squish them to form a danish shape.
Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
