Add the entire can of condensed milk and mix until smooth.

Add 2 eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.

Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla and mix again until combined.

Prepare a 3.2 by 8.9 inches baking dish by lathering a thin layer of vegetable shortening or baking spray.

Sprinkle cinnamon sugar all over the baking dish, including the sides.

Open and roll out 2 Pillsbury croissant rolls onto the pan, flattening the ends with your fingers.

Pour the cream cheese mixture into the pan over the croissant rolls.

Carefully add the last croissant roll, pushing outward to fill gaps.
