1 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables

1 medium yellow onion (diced)
2 medium sized eggs (lightly beaten)
2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp sesame oil
green onions (for garnishing)
