Let the mixture stand for 15 minutes.
Knead the dough for 5 to 7 minutes until smooth, scraping the dough with a card if necessary.
Ferment the dough in a warm place until it has risen to 2-3 times its size, about 1 hour.
After 1 hour, divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape them into rounds.
Let the shaped dough rest for 15 minutes.
Press lightly on the dough to remove gas, then round them again.
Ferment the rounds in a warm place until they have doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Preheat the frying pan and spread a thin layer of oil.
Bake the dough in the frying pan over low heat for about 15 minutes, depending on the intensity of the fire.
Turn the dough over and bake for another 15 minutes over low heat.
