In a pot, add eggs and salt, then pour in water until just covering the eggs. Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes, then increase the heat when the water starts boiling and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

After boiling, place the eggs in cold water for 10 minutes.

Once cooled, peel the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks.

Mash the yolks and whites, then pass through a sieve.

Add mayonnaise, honey mustard sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, and parsley to the mixture and mix well.

Spread 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise on two slices of bread evenly.

Place half of the egg mayo mixture on top of one slice and spread it out.

Top with the other slice of bread that has the egg mayo mixture, then trim the edges.

Cut into desired shapes and enjoy.
