No Knead Cheese Rolls

Add flour and shredded cheese to a large bowl and blend together.
Add yeast and salt, then blend everything together.
Pour room-temperature water into the flour mixture and mix until well combined.
Scrape down the sides to ensure all flour is incorporated.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and allow the dough to prove for about 6 to 8 hours or overnight at room temperature.
Sprinkle flour on top of the dough and place it onto a floured surface.
Shape the dough into a flat ball and cut it into 6 or 8 equal-sized pieces.
Shape the rolls by pinching the ends together, sprinkling flour on the surface to prevent sticking.
Place the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet for the last proofing step.
Cover the rolls with plastic wrap and prove for about 45 minutes while preheating the oven to 425°F.
Bake the rolls for about 20 to 25 minutes and enjoy them lukewarm.
