Greek yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.

Brush the inside of the squash with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Place the squash cut-side down on a baking sheet and bake until tender.

While the squash is baking, mix the canned chicken with mayonnaise, sour cream, and hot sauce in a bowl.

Once the squash is done, use a fork to scrape the flesh into strands and place in a large mixing bowl.

Add the chicken mixture to the spaghetti squash and stir to combine.

Fold in shredded mozzarella cheese.

Transfer the mixture back into the squash halves and top with additional cheese if desired.

Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
