500g chicken liver
2 tbsp oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
2-3 green chilies, slit
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Juice of 1 lemon

Clean the chicken liver under running water and pat dry with paper towels.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add the chopped onions. Sauté until they turn golden brown.

Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies to the pan, and sauté for another minute until fragrant.

Stir in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.

Add the chicken liver to the pan and cook on medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the liver is browned and cooked through.

Sprinkle garam masala over the liver and mix well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the cooked liver.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
