1/2 kg mutton kaleji (liver)
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp salt
6-7 green chillies
few curry leaves
1/2 tsp black pepper pwd
corriender leaves
lemon

Heat oil in a pan.

Add ginger paste and garlic paste, sauté until fragrant.

Season with salt, black pepper, and add green chillies and curry leaves.
