3 tbsp White Vinegar
1 cup Brown Rice
2 cups Chicken Broth
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup Fresh Cilantro
½ cup Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Lime Juice
1-2 Jalapeños
1 Clove Garlic
¼ tsp Cumin
2 tbsp Water
