8 ounces cremini mushrooms
1/2 cup yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/4 onion
1 cup cream
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon paprika
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
wheat flour
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese (for breading)
1-2 beaten eggs
bread crumbs (Parmesan flavored)
dried parsley (for garnish)

Cook 10 ounces of farfalle pasta in boiling water according to package instructions (about 9 minutes).

In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter until melted.

Add 8 ounces of cremini mushrooms to the pan and cook until they begin to soften.
