Prepare the ingredients: chicken breasts, vegetables (red pepper, yellow pepper, onion, mushroom), parsley for garnish, 2 cups heavy whipping cream, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon chili flakes, 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning, 1 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 2 eggs, 1 cup plain breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese for breading, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt for breading, 1 pound bow tie pasta, 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, pad of butter, 1/2 tablespoon oil, and 5 cloves garlic.

In a bowl, combine 2 cups heavy whipping cream, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon chili flakes, 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning, 1 cup grated parmesan cheese, and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Mix and set aside.

In a small bowl, crack 2 eggs and whisk them for the breading process.

In another dish, combine 1 cup plain breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon sea salt for the breading. Mix well.

Add chopped red and yellow bell peppers and onion to the mushrooms, cooking for an additional 4-5 minutes.

In the last couple of minutes, add 5 crushed cloves of garlic to the vegetable mixture, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until fragrant.
