Roasted Sausage and Potatoes

1 lb Italian sausage
2 cups baby potatoes, halved
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow onion, chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
