Make homemade fajita seasoning by mixing 1/2 tablespoon chili powder, 1/2 tablespoon cumin, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper in a bowl.

Coat 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts with the fajita seasoning on both sides.

Heat a large pan on medium heat and add a couple tablespoons of olive oil or avocado oil.
