Salted Coconut Almond Bark

1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut chips
1/2 cup almonds
100 grams baking unsweetened chocolate
liquid stevia to taste
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place the almonds and coconut chips on a foil-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 5 to 8 minutes.

Allow the almonds and coconut flakes to cool down.

In a small saucepan, melt the baking chocolate.

Gradually add in the coconut oil and liquid stevia to the melted chocolate.

Pour the melted chocolate into a pan lined with wax paper.

Before the chocolate cools, sprinkle the coconut flakes and almonds onto the chocolate.

Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of salt over the top.

Place the pan in the freezer for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, remove from the freezer and break into small pieces.
