2 green chillies, finely chopped
2 tablespoons coriander leaves, chopped

1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, mashed potatoes, grated carrots, green peas, chopped onions, and coriander leaves.

2

Add cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

3

Shape the mixture into small cutlets or patties.

4

Coat each cutlet with breadcrumbs to give it a crispy texture.

5

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

6

Once the oil is hot, carefully place the cutlets in the pan.

7

Fry the cutlets for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and crispy.

8

Remove the cutlets from the pan and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.

9

Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.
