250 grams boiled mashed potatoes
250 grams cooked rice
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon red chilli
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon salt
10 grams coriander
2 tablespoons corn starch

In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams boiled mashed potatoes, 250 grams cooked rice, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon red chilli, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1 teaspoon salt, 10 grams coriander and mix.

Add 2 tablespoons corn starch and mix well to combine.

Take a small amount of mixture and make a circular shape.

Roll in bread crumbs.

Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.

Serve hot with ketchup.
