Add drained artichoke hearts to the skillet.

Pour in 3/4 cup of white wine and bring to a simmer.

Add 3/4 cup of heavy cream to the mixture and stir.

Incorporate 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese into the skillet.

Add 3 cups of baby spinach and stir until wilted.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Add chopped rotisserie chicken to the skillet and mix well.

Squeeze in lemon juice and stir to combine.

Serve with bread or over rice noodles.
