Start with a couple of jars of artichokes.

Sauté onions and garlic in a skillet.

Add 3/4 cup of white wine to the skillet.

Add 3/4 cup of heavy cream to the skillet and stir.

Add about 3 cups of baby spinach to the mixture and cook until wilted.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Add 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese to the mixture and stir until combined.

Add cooked chicken cut into pieces to the skillet and mix well.

Squeeze a little lemon juice into the mixture before serving.
