Instructions

  1. 1Trim the ends of the green beans and rinse them under cold water.

  3. 3Add sliced onions and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4Remove the crispy onions from the skillet and set aside on paper towels.

  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
