Nutritional yeast adds a cheesy flavor without dairy.

Wash and trim the ends off the green beans.

Add a little less than a quarter of a cup of olive oil to the green beans.

Add about a teaspoon of salt and a half a teaspoon of black pepper to the green beans and stir to coat.

Place the green beans in a roasting pan lined with aluminum foil.

Put the roasting pan in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for about 15 minutes.

Chop two cloves of garlic and sprinkle over the green beans after 15 minutes.

Return the green beans to the oven for another five minutes until done.

Transfer the green beans to a serving dish.
