If you dont have grated Yuca you can grate it yourself in the smallest side of your grater.

Place Yuca in a washcloth and drain all water from it.

Place drained yuca in a bowl and add your eggs, seasoning and flour.

Cut cheese into small chunks.

Roll mixture into your hands and create a well, then place cheese inside and wrap cheese in the mixture.

Spray with oil and Airfry for 10 to 12 minutes at 375F.
