Prepare 3.5 lbs of chicken and 3.5 lbs of pork, washing them beforehand.

Chop 1 celery stalk, 1 bell pepper, 2-3 tomatoes, 2-5 cloves of garlic, and 1/2 onion, and add to a blender.

Add 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp cumin, 1 tbsp paprika, and 1 chicken bouillon cube to the blender.

Add 5 tbsp of chicken bouillon, 2 tbsp oregano, and 1 tbsp cumin to the blender.

In a mixing bowl, add 10 cups of masa harina and gradually add warm water while mixing until a soft dough forms.

Prepare a second masa with 4 cups of masa harina using the same method, incorporating leftover meat sauce for flavor.

Melt 1 kg of lard and add it to the masa, mixing well until incorporated.
