Slice the zucchinis into half-slices.

Heat olive oil in the pan over medium heat.

Add the zucchini to the pan and fry until golden-brown.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Add 1/2 chopped onion to the pan.

Slice the mushrooms and add them to the pan.

Add 1 tbsp unsalted butter to the pan.

Add 2 cloves of chopped garlic to the pan.

Add 80g of sliced grape tomatoes to the pan.

Season again with salt and black pepper and paprika.

Stir everything together and cook until done.
