¾ cup Thrive Market Almond Flour, plus more if needed

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

In a food processor, combine the raw cashews and pitted dates. Process until the mixture is crumbly and starts to stick together.

Add the shredded coconut, almond flour, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the food processor.
