1 Bag Coleslaw Mix 14oz
1-1.5Lbs Ground Beef
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Tsp Minced Ginger
4 Tbsp Coconut Oil
2 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp Golden Mountain Sauce
1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
4 Drops Sweetener equivalent
1 Tsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Sriracha (Optional)

Melt 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil in a pan and brown the ground beef. Season with cracked black pepper and salt if desired.

When the beef begins to brown, add 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic and 1 Tsp Minced Ginger. Cook for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.

Add 2 Tbsp Butter, 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil, 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil, 2 Tbsp Golden Mountain Sauce, 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar, 4 Drops Sweetener, 1 Tsp Dark Soy Sauce, and 1 Tbsp Sriracha (if using) to the beef. Mix to combine.

Add the Coleslaw Mix to the pan and mix to coat everything. Lower the heat and cook until the slaw is done, approximately 5-6 minutes.
