Slice sweet potatoes.

Heat olive oil in a 24 cm stew pot.

Season with salt, pepper, km pepper, cinnamon, and cumin.

Roughly chop one onion and add it to the pot.

Add 2 cloves of garlic to the pot.

Chop and add yellow pepper to the pot.

Add a pinch of km pepper, cinnamon, and cumin to the veggies in the pot.

Finely slice coriander stalks and add them to the pot.

Finely slice 2 chilies and add them to the pot, leaving the seeds in for more heat.

Add 2 tins of kidney beans to the pot and stir.

Add 2 tins of plum tomatoes to the pot and top up with water.

Simmer for 25-30 minutes until the chili reduces by a third.

Remove roasted sweet potatoes from the oven.

Stir roasted sweet potatoes into the chili.

Chop fresh coriander and stir it into the chili before serving.

Serve the chili with rice, a dollop of yogurt, and garnish with coriander and chili.
