How to Make Rim Sugar for a Lemon Drop Martini : Gourmet Cocktails & Dessert Martinis

Squeeze lemons into a glass and drop them in.

Add simple syrup and sour mix to the glass. You can also use sugar if you don't have simple syrup.

Muddle the mixture to combine the flavors, adding one more lemon if desired.

Add ice to the glass.

Pour in about 1.5 to 2 oz of Crown vodka (using Ketel One).

Shake the mixture well.

Get a chilled martini glass.

Moisten the rim of the martini glass with a lemon wedge.

Use a rimmer to coat the rim of the glass with sugar.

Strain the mixture into the glass.

Top with a little bit of Sprite and garnish with a lemon.
