1/2 cup buffalo wing hot sauce

1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated onion
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Prepare the blue cheese sauce by mixing 1 cup of mayo, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1 tbsp of grated onion, 3/4 cup of buttermilk, 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice, and 1 cup of blue cheese crumbles. Season with salt and pepper and whisk until combined.
