1

Prepare the ingredients: pork (maciza, buche, cuerito, pata), lard, oranges, garlic, onion, bay leaves, black peppercorns, cloves, salt, water, Coca-Cola, and beer.

2

Turn on the Ninja Foodie and select the sauté function on high.

3

Melt the lard in the Ninja Foodie.

4

Cut the garlic head in half and insert the cloves into one half, then peel the other half.

5

Add large pieces of onion to the melted lard to aromatize it, then remove the onion once browned.

6

Sear the pork pieces in batches until browned on all sides, ensuring they do not stick to the pot.

7

Once all the pork is seared, prepare a saltwater mixture with 1 liter of water and 5 tablespoons of salt.

8

Add the seared pork back into the Ninja Foodie along with the saltwater mixture, bay leaves, black peppercorns, and the Coca-Cola.

9

Squeeze the juice of one orange into the pot and add the orange peel.

10

Seal the Ninja Foodie and set it to pressure cook on high for 12 minutes.

11

After 12 minutes, release the pressure and open the lid to check the pork's tenderness.

12

Switch back to the sauté function on medium heat and add the remaining orange slices and the cuerito.

13

Cook uncovered for about 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

14

If needed, add hot water to maintain moisture during cooking.
