2-3 quarts of water
¼ of an onion
2-3 garlic cloves
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp tomato bouillon
a drizzle of oil (avocado oil)

Rinse the raw pinto beans and remove any debris.

In a large pot, combine the rinsed pinto beans and 2-3 quarts of water.

Add ¼ of an onion, 2-3 garlic cloves, 1 tsp chicken bouillon, 1 tsp tomato bouillon, and a drizzle of avocado oil to the pot.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook until the beans are tender.
