200 grams Wheat flour
2 Tbsp Plain flour
1/4 Tsp Baking powder
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Oil
150 ml Milk
Oil for deep frying
1/4 Green capsicum
1/4 Yellow Bell pepper
1/4 Red / Orange bell pepper
1/3 cup Boiled corn
3 Tbsp Black olives
2 Tbsp Gherkins
2 Tbsp Jalapeños
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Salsa dip
200 grams Boiled Black beans
Mexican seasoning
2 cups Lettuce
Handfull Coriander
1 Tbsp Lime juice
2 Salad Tomato
Salt
Black pepper
1 Tbsp Olive oil
3 Tbsp Sour cream
2 Tsp Eggless Mayo

In a mixing bowl, combine masa harina and salt.

Gradually add warm water to the masa harina, mixing until a dough forms.

Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape each into a ball.

Flatten each ball into a disc about 1/4 inch thick.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.

Fry each disc for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.

Spread a layer of refried beans on each chalupa shell.

Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.

Drizzle with sour cream and salsa before serving.
