1 Tsp salt

150 ml milk

1/4 green capsicum
1/4 yellow bell pepper

1/3 cup boiled corn
3 Tbsp black olives
2 Tbsp gherkins
2 Tbsp jalapeños
1/2 Tsp salt
2 Tsp salsa dip
200 grams boiled black beans
Mexican seasoning as per taste
2 cups lettuce
handful coriander
1 Tbsp lime juice
2 salad tomatoes
black pepper as per taste

3 Tbsp sour cream
2 Tsp eggless mayo

Prepare the chalupa shell by mixing wheat flour, plain flour, baking powder, salt, oil, and milk to form a dough.

Roll out the dough and shape it into chalupa shells.

Deep fry the shells until golden brown.
