4 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup blood orange juice
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup calamari rings
1 cup mussels
1 cup clams
1 cup prawns
1 cup scallops
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 lemon, cut into wedges

Combine dry white wine and saffron in a measuring cup and stir; let sit for about 20 minutes.
