Tawa Pizza

500 g maida
2 tsp yeast
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp maize rava
salt (as required)
water (as required)
1 tsp maida (for sauce)
1 cup tomatoes
¼ cup tomato puree
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp garlic
½ tsp oregano
1 tsp sugar (for sauce)
oil (as required)
½ cup pizza cheese
¼ cup chicken
¼ cup paneer
¼ cup sweet corn

In a bowl, add maida.

Take warm water, add sugar and yeast to it, and stir until dissolved.

Add the yeast mixture to the maida and knead into a soft dough.

Rest the dough for 2 hours.

Knead the dough again and rest for an additional 30 minutes.

Roll the pizza into desired shapes and sizes, adding maize rava at the bottom while rolling.

Half bake the rolled pizzas on a tawa.

In a pan, add oil and 1 tsp of maida, and cook slightly.

Add tomato puree and deseeded tomatoes, chilli powder, chopped garlic, oregano, a pinch of sugar, and some salt, cooking until flavorful.

Take the half-baked pizza, spread the freshly made pizza sauce, and top with pizza cheese and various toppings like chicken, paneer, and sweet corn.

Place the pizzas on the tawa, cover with silver foil, and cook until the cheese melts.
