Tawa Pizza

1 cup All purpose flour (maida)
¼ cup Wheat flour (gehu ka aata)
1/2 tsp Baking powder (baking powder)
1/2 tsp Baking soda (baking soda)
1 tbsp Oil (tel)
Salt to taste (namak swad anusar)
3 tbsp Curd (dahi)
2 tbsp Olive oil (tel)
2 Capsicum, sliced (shimlamirch)
1 Onion, sliced (pyaaz)
3-4 Mushrooms, sliced (mushroom)
1 Tomato, sliced (tamatar)
Salt to taste (namak swad anusar)
1 tsp Chilli flakes (chilli flakes)
1 tsp Oregano (oregano)
4-5 Basil leaves (basil leaves)
1 tbsp Oil (tel)
2-3 Garlic, chopped (lahsun)
1 medium Onion, chopped (pyaaz)
½ cup fresh Tomato Puree (tamatar puree)
½ tsp Sugar (chini)
½ tsp Vinegar (sirka)
Salt to taste (namak swad anusar)
½ tsp Oregano (oregano)
½ tsp Chilli flakes (chilli flakes)
⅓ cup Mozzarella cheese or Pizza cheese, grated (mozzarella)

In a large mixing bowl, add all purpose flour, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, oil, salt, and curd. Mix everything well.

Add water as required and make soft dough. Knead for about 5-6 minutes until the dough turns very soft but not sticky.

Cover and set this aside for about an hour.

Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onion, capsicum, mushroom, tomato, salt to taste, chilli flakes, oregano. Toss the vegetables well and keep it aside in a refrigerator.

In the same pan, heat oil, add chopped garlic, onion. Saute until the onions are translucent.

Add fresh tomato puree, sugar, vinegar, salt to taste and mix well.

Add oregano, chilli flakes. Mix well and remove most of the water from it and keep it aside.

Divide the dough into 2 to 3 parts. Dust the rolling board lightly and roll it slightly thicker than a chapati. Prick it with a fork all around the dough.

Now heat a flat pan and place the rolled dough on it. Cook one side of it properly on a low flame.

Turn it on to the other side cooking it in low flame and start by spreading a spoonful of tomato sauce all around the bread. Grate the mozzarella cheese and spread well.

Spread the tossed veggies well and add a few basil leaves.

Sprinkle some more cheese on top.

Cover and cook until the cheese begins to melt on low flame.

Remove and drizzle some olive oil all around. Slice the tawa pizza and serve hot.
