Hamburger buns are a staple in American cuisine, originally designed to hold the beloved hamburger. They are often soft and slightly sweet, providing the perfect complement to savory fillings. Homemade versions allow for customization in flavor and texture, making them a popular choice for backyard barbecues and family meals. Today, variations include whole grain and gluten-free options, reflecting modern dietary preferences.

  • yeast
  • sugar
  • salt
  • milk

  2. 2In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
