Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1-2 hours.
Punch down the dough and shape it into a round loaf.
Place the shaped loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Let the loaf rise again for about 30 minutes, covered with a cloth.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Make a few slashes on top of the loaf with a sharp knife.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until the bread sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
