In a bowl, mix soy sauce, gochujang, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and honey.

Add chicken wings to the marinade and coat well; let sit for at least 30 minutes.

If baking, place wings on a lined baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway.

If frying, heat oil in a deep pan and fry wings until golden brown and crispy, about 8-10 minutes.

Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
