1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon powdered mustard
1/2 teaspoon massel veggie broth powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 cup dry quinoa
1 1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup soaked cashews
1/2 cup water with 2 tsp massel vegetable broth powder
1/4 cup salsa verde
