Schäle die Hälfte der Kartoffeln und schneide sie in Stücke.
Koche die Kartoffeln in heißem Wasser für 15 Minuten.

Lege die gemixten Kartoffeln in ein Passiertuch oder Geschirrtuch und drücke die Kartoffelmasse aus, um die Fasern zu entfernen.
Füge das Salz zu dem Kartoffelbrei hinzu und erhitze ihn auf Stufe 4 von 10, um die Bindung zu verbessern.
Gieße das Wasser aus der Schüssel mit dem Passiertuch ab und füge die Stärke zur Kartoffelmasse hinzu.
Forme einen kleinen Kloß (walnussgroß) und teste ihn in heißem Wasser für 60 Sekunden.
Wenn der Kloß nicht auflöst, forme die Klöße.
Stelle einen Topf mit 2 Litern Wasser auf und bringe es zum Kochen.
Schneide das Toastbrot in kleine Würfel und brate es in einer Pfanne mit Butter an.
Tauche deine Hände in kaltes Wasser, um das Kleben des Kloßteigs zu vermeiden.
Steche 150 g Kloßteig ab, forme ihn und mache ein Loch hinein, lege 3 Würfel Toast hinein und forme einen runden Kloß.
Koche den Kloß für 15 Minuten im Wasser.
