2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp dry white cooking wine
2 pints cherry tomatoes
8 oz. fat free feta block
2 tsp garlic (minced)
pinch red pepper flakes
3 Tbsp fresh basil leaves (chopped)
salt and pepper (to taste)

Mash the feta and tomatoes together using a fork.
